The CQB stainless steel magnetic pump is designed in accordance with the HG/T 2730 standard. It uses modern magnetic principles, namely the magnetic force of permanent magnets for contactless torque transmission.

1.CQB stainless steel magnetic pump is designed in accordance with HG/T 2730 standard. It uses modern magnetic principles, namely the magnetic force of permanent magnets to transmit torque without contact.
2.The impeller and magnetic drive coupling are enclosed in a waterproof chamber inside the pump body. Since the media is hermetically sealed in the static sleeve, it ensures complete sealing, no leakage and no contamination in chemical processes. This contributes to the creation of hermetic workshops and factories, ensuring safe and civilized production.
3.Heavy-duty NdFeb magnets are arranged in a circle and enclosed in a stainless steel housing. This ensures that the drive does not slip even when pumping liquids with a high specific gravity.
4. The CQB type pump can be equipped with a heating jacket on the volute to pump liquids that cannot be pumped when cold or that cool below their solidification point when pumping stops.

Scope of application
1.ZCQ self-priming magnetic coupling pump not only has self-priming ability, but also has a magnetic design, making it an ideal pump for automatic remote control and mobile applications. It does not require mechanical seals and provides performance equivalent to standard centrifugal pumps.
2.The CQBF fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump can transport corrosive media such as acids, alkalis and oxidizing agents of any concentration (including highly concentrated ones) without damage.
3. CQB-G high temperature insulated magnetic drive pump can handle media with temperatures up to 300°C.
