Diaphragm metering pumps have a multi-layer composite structure: - First layer: heavy-duty acid-resistant Teflon film - Second layer: elastic EPDM rubber - Third layer: 3mm thick SUS304 stainless steel support core - Fourth layer: reinforced nylon fiber reinforcement - Fifth layer: full sealing with elastic EPDM rubber. This design significantly extends the service life of the membrane.

Operating principle
This series of products operates on the principle of a mechanical diaphragm metering pump driven by a motor through a worm gear, and is suitable for dosing liquids in low pressure systems.
Diaphragm metering pumps provide complete isolation between the flowing fluid and the drive lubrication mechanism via the diaphragm using an advanced design.
The diaphragm metering pump provides infinitely variable flow adjustment from 0-100% to suit various process requirements, enabling precise dosing of corrosive and non-corrosive solid-free liquids.
Instead of a piston, the pump uses a flexible membrane, which is driven by a mechanism that changes the volume of the chamber. This action, combined with the inlet and outlet valves, facilitates the intake and release of liquids.
