Overview of YZCN vertical pumps with internal reservoir
The YZCN vertical acid-alkali resistant pump with internal reservoir features an exceptionally wide range of applications. It is suitable for applications such as pickling lines, wastewater treatment equipment, washing columns, and for the circulation of various liquids in high temperature or crystalline chemical solutions, chemical mixing tanks or reaction vessels. It can also be used for heat exchange circulation and in combination with filtration operations. Both the YZCW series external tank variants and the YZCN series internal tank variants are widely used and represent the most common applications.
Features of YZCN Vertical Tank Pumps
1.Made by injection molding using GFRPP, CFRPP and PVDF reinforced plastic materials, it has exceptional acid and alkali resistance.
2.Able to run dry and compatible with filter connections.
3.Suitable for the circulation of various acid and alkali solutions, spray washing equipment, exhaust gas scrubbers, pickling machines, wastewater treatment and specialized plating solution circulation systems.

Advantages of YZCN vertical tank pumps
1.Inlet/outlet flanges and front cover are injection molded in one piece, minimizing the risk of leakage.

1.Made by injection molding using GFRPP, CFRPP and PVDF reinforced plastic materials, it is resistant to most chemicals and has excellent acid and alkali resistance.
2.Suitable for circulating, cooling and spray cleaning equipment working with various acid and alkaline solutions, as well as for use in exhaust gas scrubbers.
3.Able to run dry, effectively protecting the engine from damage.
4.Adopts a dry shaft seal design to prevent acid vapor from entering the motor bearings.
