CQB-F Fluorine Lined Magnetic Pump is a newly developed product made in accordance with JB/T7742-95 standard using PVDF as the main material. This material is the most advanced highly corrosion resistant material currently available in the world. It has wide applicability, exceptional corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, aging resistance and does not emit toxins.
Product Features
1. Features compact structure, small size, low noise and reliable operation.
2. The insulating sleeve is made of special materials with high mechanical strength, which eliminates the phenomenon of magnetic eddy current present in traditional magnetic drive pumps.
3. Magnetic drive fluoroplastic pumps can transport corrosive media such as acids, alkalis and oxidizers of any concentration (force) without damage.
4. Sealed design eliminates shaft seals, using magnetic couplings for indirect drive. This completely eliminates dripping problems and ensures that the work area is completely free of contamination.
Product Application
The CQB-F series fluorine coated magnetic pump is a trouble-free product that does not require mechanical seals. Its performance is equivalent to that of standard chemical centrifugal pumps.
