IHF is a fluoroplastic alloy single-stage, single-suction chemical centrifugal pump designed and manufactured using non-metallic pump processing technologies. The pump housing has a metal casing with polyfluoroethylene propylene (F46) coating. The pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are formed by sintering and pressing fluoroplastic coated metal inserts into a single unit.

The Type IH chemical pump is a single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump designed for pumping corrosive liquids with a viscosity similar to that of water and free of solid particles. Its nominal performance characteristics and dimensions are indicated in accordance with international standards.

YCZ chemical process pump adopts horizontal single stage single suction design. Its dimensions and characteristics comply with DIN 24256/ISO 2858 and GB 5662-85 standards. At the same time, improvements were made to the standard YCZ chemical process pump to meet API 610 standards. These include optimization of seal chamber sizing and design, auxiliary piping systems, running clearances, bearing configurations, shaft stiffness, and material control for feed-through components.

The YZA series of petrochemical process pumps are designed to API 610 standards and feature a centrally supported OH2 ZE pump housing design. Both series use single-stage radial impellers with axial suction and radial discharge. Hydraulic balancing is achieved through front and rear wear rings and balancing holes tailored to the operating conditions.

YZE series petrochemical process pumps are designed to API 610 standards and feature a foot-mounted OH2 configuration. With a wide performance range and a variety of intelligent design solutions, these pumps are suitable for pumping most process fluids.

RY series thermal oil pumps feature rational design, advanced technology, high efficiency, long-term stable operation at high temperatures, leak-proof performance, no need for additional cooling systems, and reliable safety.

FY series vertical submersible centrifugal pumps are an improved version of our company's traditional corrosion-resistant submersible pumps. By eliminating the mechanical seals typically found in other submersible pumps and employing a unique impeller design, these pumps are highly efficient, energy-saving, seal-free and have a long service life.

FP (FS) series chemical pumps have a direct coupled design in which the pump body and bracket are connected to the motor flange. The bracket supports the housing and impeller, which are directly connected to the motor via a shaft. The PVDF chemical centrifugal pumps equipped with mechanical seals are designed using international advanced technologies and formulations, using CFR-PP and advanced ARS as pump materials to fully realize their complex design. PFA PTFE Lined Vertical Pump, also known as PTFE Lined Pump, offers PTFE or PFA as coating material options. This product, manufactured by our company in accordance with market requirements and international standards, finds wide application in: acid washing processes, coating processes, electrolyte pumping in non-ferrous metal smelting, caustic soda production using ion exchange membranes, chlorinated water recycling, wastewater treatment and acid addition processes. Operating temperature range: -20 °C to 200 °C.

The SFB/SFBX series of stainless steel chemical centrifugal pumps currently includes two main product lines: self-priming and non-self-priming models. Our pumps are primarily designed for hygienic pumping of corrosive media and are widely used in various industries including food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, wastewater treatment, chemical (fine chemical) and electroplating.

The YZCN vertical acid-alkali resistant pump with internal reservoir features an exceptionally wide range of applications. It is suitable for applications such as pickling lines, wastewater treatment equipment, washing columns, and for the circulation of various liquids in high temperature or crystalline chemical solutions, chemical mixing tanks or reaction vessels.
