IHF is a fluoroplastic alloy single-stage, single-suction chemical centrifugal pump designed and manufactured using non-metallic pump processing technologies. The pump housing has a metal casing with polyfluoroethylene propylene (F46) coating. The pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are formed by sintering and pressing fluoroplastic coated metal inserts into a single unit. The shaft seal uses PTFE filled sealing material, and the inlet and outlet ports are reinforced with cast steel housings. Shanghai Sunshine Pump Industry chemical pumps undergo computer design and optimization.

It has corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, is not subject to aging, has high mechanical strength, ensures smooth operation, has an advanced and rational design, ensures strict and reliable sealing, is easy to disassemble and maintain, and has a long service life.
Scope of application
Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, metallurgy, mining, power, electroplating, dyeing, pesticide, paper, food and textile industries.
Suitable for long-term transportation of highly corrosive media at temperatures from -85 °C to 200 °C, including sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkalis, strong oxidizing agents, organic solvents and reducing agents of any concentration.
