DBY Non-Metallic Electric Diaphragm Pumps
DBY non-metallic electric diaphragm pump is made of PP engineering plastic and PVDF fluoroplastic, suitable for corrosive liquids, acids, alkalis, solvents, toluene, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics and similar applications. The DBY series electric diaphragm pumps use cycloidal gear reducers to transmit motion. The crankshaft and slider mechanism drives a double diaphragm that reciprocates, resulting in alternating changes in the volume of the working chamber and ensuring continuous inlet and outlet of fluid.

DBY non-metallic electric diaphragm pump is made of PP engineering plastic and PVDF fluoroplastic, suitable for corrosive liquids, acids, alkalis, solvents, toluene, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics and similar applications. The DBY series electric diaphragm pumps use cycloidal gear reducers to transmit motion. The crankshaft and slider mechanism drives a double diaphragm that reciprocates, resulting in alternating changes in the volume of the working chamber and ensuring continuous inlet and outlet of fluid. At the same time, breakthroughs in membrane materials in recent years have significantly increased the service life of these pumps, allowing them to increasingly replace centrifugal and screw pumps in petrochemical, ceramics, metallurgical and other industries.

Product Features
1.Does not require refueling. Suction height up to 3 meters.
2.Large capacity with excellent passing characteristics, accepts particles up to 10mm in diameter. Minimal wear when pumping slurries or impurities.
3.This pump does not contain any rotating components or shaft seals. The membrane completely isolates the pumped medium from moving parts and operating components, preventing external leakage. Thus, when working with toxic, volatile or corrosive media, it prevents environmental pollution and ensures personnel safety.
4. Capable of transporting relatively viscous liquids (viscosity below 10,000 cP).
