CQB-L Magnetic Drive Vertical Chemical Pump, which is a magnetic coupling centrifugal pump, is a new type of pipeline pump developed by our company based on more than ten years of experience in designing and manufacturing horizontal magnetic pumps. It combines the characteristics of an ISG centrifugal pipeline pump with the advantages of magnetic chemical pumps to ensure leak-free pipeline operation.
Features of CQB-L Vertical Magnetic Drive Pipeline Pump
1. Operates without leaks, capable of transporting flammable, explosive, highly toxic and corrosive media;
2.Superior materials: Passing components including pump body, impeller and insulating sleeve are made of high quality stainless steel;
3.High wear-resistant silicon carbide and tungsten carbide are used for the shaft sleeve, and M106K carbon steel is used for the plain bearings. To ensure the effective service life of the pump, an lubrication groove is provided;
4.Vertical installation with compact design minimizes space requirements;
5.Low vibration and noise, especially smooth operation;
6.Most of the pump components are interchangeable with CQB series magnetic drive pumps, offering equivalent performance. Flow ranges from 3.2 to 100 m³/h; head from 20 to 80 m; power from 0.75 to 75 kW.
