YW anti-clogging submersible sewage pump is a specialized industrial drainage and wastewater treatment device, which is mainly used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, pulp and paper, cement industries and power plants. It pumps liquids containing solids, fibers and corrosive substances. Developed with international advanced technology, this pump features high efficiency, energy saving, clogging resistance and low vibration. The highly efficient submersible sewage pump, which is not susceptible to clogging, is a new generation of pumping products. Developed by integrating advanced international technologies with domestic operating requirements, it provides significant energy savings, prevents fiber tangling, eliminates clogging, and features automatic installation and operation. It exhibits exceptional performance when pumping solids and long fiber waste.
Product Features
1.Adopts a unique single-blade or double-blade impeller design, which greatly increases the debris throughput. Effectively handles fibrous materials up to five times the pump diameter and solids up to approximately 50% of the pump diameter.
2.Mechanical seals are made of new, hardened and corrosion-resistant titanium coated tungsten, ensuring safe continuous operation for over 8000 hours.
3.Compact design with minimal footprint, low noise and significant energy savings. Facilitates maintenance without requiring a special pump room; submersible operation significantly reduces project costs.
4.Equipped with a high-precision, anti-interference sensor for detecting leakage in the sealing oil chamber. Thermal sensing elements are pre-built into the stator windings for automatic motor protection.
5.As an option, a fully automatic control cabinet can be installed, providing automatic protection against leakage, electrical fault, overload and overheating, which improves the safety and reliability of the product.
6.A float switch automatically controls pump start/stop based on required fluid level changes, eliminating the need for special controls and providing exceptional convenience.
7.Upon request, the WQ series can be equipped with a double rail automatic coupling installation system, which greatly simplifies installation and maintenance without requiring personnel to descend into the sewer pit.
8. Operates over the entire pressure range without overloading the engine.
9.Two installation options are available: fixed installation system with automatic coupling or mobile free installation system.

Liquid ring vacuum pumps type SKA and 2BV
Vacuum pumps of the SKA(2BV) series are suitable for pumping gases and water vapor, reaching an inlet pressure of 33 mbar absolute (97% vacuum). For continuous operation at inlet pressure below 80 mbar, a cavitation protection pipe must be connected to protect the pump. When installing an atmospheric ejector, the inlet pressure can reach 10 mbar. The ejector can be installed directly on the vacuum pump. When used as a compressor, it reaches pressures up to 0.26 MPa (absolute pressure).
