Gear oil pumps type KCB
KCB gear pumps are suitable for pumping various oils such as heavy oil, diesel fuel and lube oil. When equipped with bronze gears, they can handle low flash point liquids such as gasoline and benzene. Stainless steel gear pumps are suitable for pumping beverages and corrosive liquids, but are not suitable for liquids containing solids or fibres. The applicable viscosity range is from 5×10⁻⁶ to 1.5×10⁻³ m²/s (5-1500 cSt). The maximum operating temperature is 300 °C.

Product Overview
KCB gear pumps are suitable for pumping various oils such as heavy oil, diesel fuel and lube oil. When equipped with bronze gears, they can handle low flash point liquids such as gasoline and benzene. Stainless steel gear pumps are suitable for pumping beverages and corrosive liquids, but are not suitable for liquids containing solids or fibres. The applicable viscosity range is from 5x10⁻⁶ to 1.5x10⁻³ m²/s (5-1500 cSt). The maximum operating temperature is 300 °C. For high temperature fluids, single stage single suction pumps must use high temperature gear oil pumps capable of pumping fluids with temperatures below 300°C. The pump is equipped with a safety valve providing overload protection. Three types of shaft seals are available: skeletal oil seals, mechanical seals and stuffing box seals.

Lubrication is carried out automatically using the transported fluid, so no additional lubricants are required during normal operation.
The use of a flexible coupling for power transmission compensates for minor misalignments that occur during installation. It provides effective shock absorption of the inevitable hydraulic shocks that occur during pump operation.

Vacuum pumps of the SKA(2BV) series are suitable for pumping gases and water vapor, reaching an inlet pressure of 33 mbar absolute (97% vacuum). For continuous operation at inlet pressure below 80 mbar, a cavitation protection pipe must be connected to protect the pump. When installing an atmospheric ejector, the inlet pressure can reach 10 mbar. The ejector can be installed directly on the vacuum pump. When used as a compressor, it reaches pressures up to 0.26 MPa (absolute pressure).
