The Type IH chemical pump is a single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump designed for pumping corrosive liquids with a viscosity similar to that of water and free of solid particles. Its nominal performance characteristics and dimensions are indicated in accordance with international standards. An energy-efficient replacement for corrosion-resistant F-type pumps, it features a wide performance range, high efficiency, high standardization and ease of maintenance. Pump body materials include 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel or duplex steel.
Product Features
The IH series includes 29 base models, of which 22 are two-speed (2900, 1450 rpm). With impeller diameter modifications in Configurations A and B, the number of specifications increases to 112. Major components include pump body, impeller, O-ring, impeller nut, pump cover, seal assembly, intermediate bracket, shaft and hanger assembly. The drive is carried out directly from the electric motor through an extended coupling, rotation occurs clockwise when viewed from the engine side. The pump cover is attached to the intermediate bracket using a flange connection, and then clamped between the flanges of the pump housing and the intermediate bracket. The pump has axial suction and radial discharge ports, as well as a foot-mounted support that allows it to be directly mounted on the base plate. The hanging unit is attached to the intermediate bracket using a flange connection and is supported on the base by hanging brackets. To facilitate dismantling, an extended coupling is used. There is no need to remove the inlet and outlet lines, pump housing or motor during maintenance. Simply disconnecting the intermediate connector allows the rotor assembly to be removed for service.
Scope of application
Suitable for transporting corrosive or contamination-sensitive media such as water at temperatures from -20°C to 105°C.
Suitable for use in industries such as the chemical industry, petroleum industry, metallurgy, energy, food processing, pharmaceuticals, environmental protection, wastewater treatment and synthetic fiber production.
Shaft seal configuration
The pump uses mechanical seals which can be selected by the user according to the requirement. In addition, shaft seal configurations with customized seal space dimensions and other design features can be manufactured as required, such as mechanical bellows seals or auxiliary impeller seals.
Mechanical Seals: Available in single and double-sided configurations. The sealing space is pressurized with water to flush the friction surfaces at both ends while providing cooling.
