The GW series sewage pump is a vertical, non-clogging sewage pump designed primarily for pumping wastewater containing solids and fibers, as well as corrosive media. It finds wide application in the chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, municipal and wastewater treatment industries. Its rated capacity ranges from 5 to 4000 m³/h, and its head ranges from 5 to 45 m. Nominal diameters range from Φ25 to Φ500, and operating temperatures range from -15 °C to +60 °C.

Product overview
The GW series sewage pump is a vertical, non-clogging sewage pump designed primarily for pumping wastewater containing solids and fibers, as well as corrosive media. It finds wide application in the chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, municipal and wastewater treatment industries. Its rated capacity ranges from 5 to 4000 m³/h, and its head ranges from 5 to 45 m. Nominal diameters range from Φ25 to Φ500, and operating temperatures range from -15 °C to +60 °C.
Product Features
1.Adopts a unique single-blade or double-blade impeller design, which greatly increases the debris throughput. Effectively handles fibrous materials up to five times the pump diameter and solids up to approximately 50% of the pump diameter.
2.Mechanical seals are made of new, hardened and corrosion-resistant titanium coated tungsten, ensuring safe continuous operation for over 8000 hours.
3.Compact design with minimal footprint, low noise and significant energy savings. Facilitates maintenance without requiring a special pump room; submersible operation significantly reduces project costs.
4.Equipped with a high-precision, anti-interference sensor for detecting leakage in the sealing oil chamber. Thermal sensing elements are pre-built into the stator windings for automatic motor protection.
5.As an option, a fully automatic control cabinet can be installed, providing automatic protection against leakage, electrical fault, overload and overheating, which improves the safety and reliability of the product.
6.A float switch automatically controls pump start/stop based on required fluid level changes, eliminating the need for special controls and providing exceptional convenience.
7.Upon request, the WQ series can be equipped with a double rail automatic coupling installation system, which greatly simplifies installation and maintenance without requiring personnel to descend into the sewer pit.
8. Operates over the entire pressure range without overloading the engine.
9. Two installation options are available: fixed installation system with automatic coupling or mobile free installation system.

Suitable for conveying wastewater containing solids and pollutants in industries such as chemical processing, petroleum refining, pharmaceutical manufacturing, mining, pulp and paper, cement, metallurgy, power generation, coal processing, as well as in drainage systems of municipal wastewater treatment plants, public works and construction sites. Also suitable for pumping clean water and corrosive media.
