The anti-clogging LW vertical sewage pump adopts a hydraulic design with a large flow channel to ensure smooth operation. It can be installed in any position and its dry configuration makes maintenance easy.
Product Features
1.Large flow channel design incorporates hydraulic components to prevent clogging, greatly increasing debris throughput. It can effectively handle fibrous materials up to five times the pump diameter and solids up to approximately 50% of the pump inlet diameter.
2.Rational design with suitable motors ensures high efficiency, low noise and significant energy saving.
3.The mechanical seal adopts single-sided design, made of hardened, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide. This robust and wear-resistant design ensures safe and continuous pump operation for over 8,000 hours.
4.The pump and motor are coaxially integrated, forming a compact and stable mechatronic unit.
5.Minimum footprint eliminates the need for pumping stations, which significantly reduces infrastructure costs. Protective covers on the motor fan blades allow the pump to be operated outdoors.
Scope of application
Suitable for conveying wastewater and particulate-containing pollutants in the chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, pulp and paper, energy, utilities, construction and utilities industries.

Description of design
The LW vertical sewage pump is a single suction volute casing pump. It uses a clog-free, anti-tangle single (or double) impeller with a large flow path for excellent flow capacity. This series has two design configurations: one with a motor located directly on the pump axis, and the other with a coupling connection using standard vertical motors. The design diagram is shown below. Each configuration offers two base connection options: 1. Horizontal suction inlet with angle adjustment. The position of the suction and discharge pipes can be set to 0°, 90°, 180° or 270° to facilitate pipe installation. 2. Axial suction pipe for vertical installation.

Operating conditions
1.The operating environment temperature for sewage pumps should not exceed 40°C, humidity ≤95%;
2.The temperature of the medium should not exceed 60 °C, and the specific gravity should not exceed 1–1.3 kg/dm³.
3.Cast iron materials are suitable for environments with a pH in the range of 5–9.
4.1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel materials can be used for general corrosive environments.
5.The operating altitude should not exceed 1000 meters. If a higher height is required this must be specified when ordering to ensure a more reliable product is supplied.

DBY Non-Metallic Electric Diaphragm Pumps
DBY non-metallic electric diaphragm pump is made of PP engineering plastic and PVDF fluoroplastic, suitable for corrosive liquids, acids, alkalis, solvents, toluene, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics and similar applications. The DBY series electric diaphragm pumps use cycloidal gear reducers to transmit motion. The crankshaft and slider mechanism drives a double diaphragm that reciprocates, resulting in alternating changes in the volume of the working chamber and ensuring continuous inlet and outlet of fluid.
Gear oil pumps type KCB
KCB gear pumps are suitable for pumping various oils such as heavy oil, diesel fuel and lube oil. Liquid ring vacuum pumps type SKA and 2BV
Vacuum pumps of the SKA(2BV) series are suitable for pumping gases and water vapor, reaching an inlet pressure of 33 mbar absolute (97% vacuum). For continuous operation at inlet pressure below 80 mbar, a cavitation protection pipe must be connected to protect the pump. When installing an atmospheric ejector, the inlet pressure can reach 10 mbar. The ejector can be installed directly on the vacuum pump. When used as a compressor, it reaches pressures up to 0.26 MPa (absolute pressure).
