Product Features
RY thermal oil pumps are designed in accordance with EN733 (DIN24255) standards.
The bearing housing is uniquely designed to dissipate heat, resulting in reduced temperatures at dynamic seal faces and bearings. This unique cooling system eliminates the need for external water cooling.
A safety gland seal and a throttle zone are installed in front of the dynamic seal. This prevents dangerous leakage of the pumped liquid if the seal fails.
The design uses a double-sided deep groove ball bearing configuration.
Rear pull-out design makes maintenance easy.
Product Application
RY type thermal oil pump is widely used in various industries, including petroleum, oil and fat, boiler, construction, road construction, pharmaceutical, plastic, rubber, synthetic textile, printing and dyeing, and food. It is primarily designed for pumping low-corrosive, high-temperature, solid-free liquids and operates at temperatures up to 350°C, making it an ideal thermal oil circulator.
