Product overview
2SK Series Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps and 2SK-P1 Series Two Stage Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps with Atmospheric Ejector are used to pump air and other non-corrosive, water-insoluble, particulate-free gases to achieve high vacuum levels in sealed containers.
Product Features
It features a high vacuum level, significant pumping speed in high vacuum zones, compact design, reliable operation and ease of maintenance.
Widely used for pumping various gases containing water vapor, flammable or explosive substances, traces of dust or small amounts of liquid.
It mainly uses water as the working medium, which ensures low maintenance costs.
Able to work in relatively harsh conditions.
Scope of application
The 2SK series is suitable for operating conditions with inlet pressure below -0.08 MPa.
The 2SK-P1 series is suitable for operating conditions with inlet pressure below -0.096 MPa. In combination with an atmospheric pump, the final vacuum level can reach -750 mmHg. Art. The working vacuum range is from -0.03 to -0.08 MPa.
Widely used in food processing, chemical weaving, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy and electronics for vacuum evaporation, vacuum concentration, vacuum humidification, vacuum impregnation, vacuum drying and vacuum melting.
Performance Options
Table of main technical parameters of the 2SK series:
Technical characteristics table of 2SK-P1 series atmospheric jet pumps:
| Model | consumption (m³/min) | Power (kW) | rotation speed (r/min) | Pressure(Mpa) | Water supply volume (L/min) |
| 2SK-1.5P1 | 1.05 | 4 | 1440 | -0.099 | 10~15 |
| 2SK-3P1 | 2.1 | 7.5 | 1440 | -0.099 | 15~20 |
| 2SK-6P1 | 4.2 | 15 | 1460 | -0.099 | 25~35 |
| 2SK-12P1 | 8.4 | 22 | 970 | -0.099 | 40~50 |
| 2SK-20P1 | 14 | 37 | 740 | -0.099 | 60~80 |
| 2SK-30P1 | 21 | 55 | 740 | -0.099 | 70~90 |
Note:
1.The performance figures shown in the table apply to the following conditions:
① Atmospheric pressure: 101,325 Pa (760 mmHg)
② Inlet water temperature: 15°C
③ Inlet air temperature: 20°C
④ Relative humidity: 70%
2.Water flow is measured at an inlet pressure of -0.05 MPa (-400 mmHg); at extreme vacuum it can exceed this value.
3.Performance tolerance: ±10%
4. The air pumping speed at an inlet pressure of -0.093 MPa is the same as the pumping speed when the solenoid valve controls the atmospheric pump.
