PFA PTFE Lined Vertical Pump, also known as PTFE Lined Pump, offers PTFE or PFA as coating material options. This product, manufactured by our company in accordance with market requirements and international standards, finds wide application in: acid washing processes, coating processes, electrolyte pumping in non-ferrous metal smelting, caustic soda production using ion exchange membranes, chlorinated water recycling, wastewater treatment and acid addition processes. Operating temperature range: -20 °C to 200 °C.
Product benefits
1.GF series has a vertical configuration with the same inlet and outlet diameters aligned on the same axis;
2.The impeller is directly connected to the motor shaft, which ensures high efficiency, energy saving and low noise, and effectively balances the radial and axial loads generated during pump operation;
3.Advanced mechanical seal with external bellows is used as shaft seal. The stationary ring is made of aluminum ceramic and the rotating ring is made of PTFE material (alternative materials are available for special applications). This design provides excellent wear and corrosion resistance, excellent sealing performance and significantly extends mechanical seal life;
4.Simple design makes it easy to maintain and takes up little space. No pipeline dismantling is required to inspect and replace wear parts such as impellers and seals.
